  • How do I get in touch with you when I'm in Turkey?
    The patient will have direct access to our phone support line as well as customer service via email. Our overseas personal care coordinators will be there for you at every step during your Turkey visit.

  • Why is it cheaper to receive medical treatment and surgeries overseas?
    There are several factors that determine the lower cost of medical treatment overseas. They will be explained in greater detail during our initial consultation. What procedures are covered or included in my quote estimate? Services included in our service package are the surgery and all hospital fees, tests, consultations, patient care, accommodations, flight to Turkey and meals.
     
  • How do I find out if the hospitals you are contracted in Turkey are accredited?
    Joint Commission International is an American non-for-profit organization that accredits hospitals in the United States. It has a division that does the same for overseas hospitals and other healthcare facilities. Joint Commission International uses strict American medical standards to evaluate foreign facilities. All affiliated hospitals are JCI accredited.

  • How much will I be saving by having my surgery in Turkey?
    The estimated savings can range from 50% up to 90% compared to cost of same type of surgery in the USA.

  • How is the payment schedule going to work for my surgery?
    The patient will be required to make a deposit prior to the procedure. The remaining balance of the payment is due either before or upon treatment completion.

  • Can Key Global Healthcare Solutions provide financing options for my surgery? Through our network, Citibank Chicago Magnificent Mile Branch will be available to provide 5-year medical loans up to $ 25,000 for its existing customers (which has a Citibank account for 3 months minimum) in order to finance the patient’s procedure if needed.

  • Is there a way to prove that the quality of care I will be receiving is the same or better than my community hospital?
    Key Global Healthcare Solutions is affiliated with internationally accredited hospitals, medical centers and doctors that are (JCI) Joint Commission International approved and meet high quality standards.

  • How qualified are the physicians at your partner hospitals? Most of the doctors at these accredited facilities have either studied, practiced or become licensed in USA. Actually, approximately 50% of the best U.S. /U.K doctors are resident aliens and are board certified.

  • What types of technology and equipment are being used in partner Turkish hospitals?
    All our partner hospitals operate with the latest high tech equipment. In order for them to be accredited by the JCI, these facilities must meet this requirement.   • Will there be any translation or language barriers?
    The physicians and staff are fluent in English. Our healthcare coordinators located in Istanbul, speak English.
